What this version includes

Public information pages do not use advertising, analytics scripts or third-party embeds. Images and styles are served from this website. The private administration panel uses a secure, essential session cookie shared with pinnark.com so signed-in administrators can test downloads. This cookie is not used for advertising or visitor tracking.

Software feedback and bug reports

When you choose to submit a report in Pinnark, the server stores the product, type, summary, description, reproduction steps, optional email address, software version, platform, reference and submission time. Administrators can review reports and add internal notes. In Pinnark 0.8.2 and later, Feedback and Bug report are separate forms. Additional details and reproduction steps are only requested for bug reports. Both require system information: Windows version/build and architecture, CPU model and logical processor count, RAM, GPU models/drivers and active status, graphics preference and acceleration status, display resolutions/scaling/refresh rates, and app runtime versions. Pinnark 0.8.3 also includes a send-time sample of CPU and RAM usage, local disk volume capacity and free space, GPU utilization and detected Pinnark GPU contexts when Windows makes those measurements available. Drive letters are included, but file lists and disk serial numbers are not. This sample may differ from conditions when an issue occurred. These details help investigate issues and evaluate feedback. You must check the acceptance box before sending; it starts unchecked. We record consent with the report. Earlier versions may offer optional diagnostics, so older reports may not contain this information. No user/device names, serial numbers, project files, media, screenshots or logs are attached automatically. Do not send sensitive information. Submission requires your confirmation; it is not automatic telemetry. If you provide an email address, we send an automatic acknowledgment through IONOS as Pinnark Support, including your report reference but not its contents or diagnostics. Delivery cannot be guaranteed. A private delivery queue tracks attempts and acceptance by the mail server. Reports are currently retained for development review until removed by an administrator; a final retention policy is still being prepared.

Update checks

Manual checks, or automatic checks you explicitly enable, request the current official version over HTTPS. They do not download software or send project content. Requests appear in server logs.

Server requests

The web server keeps access and error logs. These can include an IP address, request time, requested address, response status and browser information. Browsing this website should not be understood as anonymous or free of server logging.

Notice still in preparation

A complete privacy notice, including the responsible party, retention periods and contact information, has not yet been published. This page describes the current site implementation; it is not a complete privacy notice.

Newsletter · private testing

The newsletter is currently a private administrator test, restricted to contact@pinnark.com. Public subscriptions are not open. It is separate from software reports: providing an email for feedback or a bug report does not subscribe you.

Its purpose is to send Pinnark product news, development updates and release announcements, based on your specific, optional consent. A confirmation link verifies access to your mailbox before a subscription becomes active. You can withdraw consent at any time through the preferences / unsubscribe link in every newsletter, without signing in, or by contacting contact@pinnark.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

The mailing list records your email address, selected topics, subscription status, the consent wording and version, and request, confirmation, preference-change and withdrawal times. You choose topics separately, can change them from the preferences link in each newsletter, and are never automatically enrolled in future product topics. Campaigns match any selected topic and are sent only once per subscriber. Existing subscriptions without topic choices do not receive topic-based campaigns until preferences are set. A private delivery queue records message acceptance or delivery uncertainty; acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Website hosting and email delivery are provided through IONOS. There are no newsletter open-tracking pixels, click tracking or advertising profiles. Uploaded newsletter images are embedded in the email.

Unconfirmed requests are deleted after seven days; confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Active subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Unsubscribing removes the readable email address and cancels pending newsletter deliveries. A keyed address fingerprint and minimal consent/withdrawal history are retained for up to 24 months to document the request, then deleted by the mail worker. Operational backups may take longer to expire; a final backup policy must be documented before public launch.

For questions or requests to access, correct, erase, restrict processing or obtain your data, contact contact@pinnark.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Pinnark is the project name, not a statement that a company has been incorporated. The actual responsible party’s identity, contact address and complete provider/retention information must be published before this service is opened to the public.
