Common questions

Why did selecting a cue not change the data panel?

Selection and Preview are separate. The data panel follows the cue loaded in Preview. Select a cue and press Preview to prepare its data.

Why is Program still showing the previous text?

With Auto update off, changes stay in Preview until you press Update. This lets you check the prepared content before it reaches Program.

Can I use one template for several people?

Yes. Put variables such as {{name}} and {{role}} into the template, then create separate cues using it. Each cue can hold its own values and presets.

Why did a timer change in more than one template?

Objects linked to the same timer source share its playback state. Play, pause and reset affect all of them, including objects on Program. Use separate sources for independent timers.
